Philadelphia weekender: "Hamilton," marathon and holiday light shows

🐧 LumiNature returns to the Philadelphia Zoo starting today. You know the drill: More than a million lights, a 100-foot-long light tunnel, performers in animal-themed costumes.

• Open 5-9pm on select nights. Tickets: $18+, children under 2 are free.

💡The daily holiday light show kicks off at Franklin Square tonight from 5-9pm. Catch the Electrical Spectacle Light Show every 30 minutes.

• Also check out seasonal activities, including street curling and Chilly Philly Mini Golf. Pay as you go.

🏃It's Philadelphia Marathon Weekend. The festivities and road closures start on Friday and culminate with the full marathon on Sunday.

🎄Longwood Gardens in Kennett Square debuts its $250 million renovations and Christmas lights show on Friday.

• Tickets: $23-$42 starting Friday. Children under 5 years old are free. Hours vary.

🛍️ Shop at more than 80 vendors, see live demonstrations and dine at food trucks at the Miracle On American Street Holiday Gift Market around 1800 N American Street on Saturday from 11am-5pm.

⛸️ Winter at Dilworth Park is in full swing. The seasonal staple includes an ice rink, cabin, holiday market and Wintergarden. Pay as you go. Times vary.
