Philly is buzzing about what's going on outside the Philadelphia Museum of Art in the leadup to Tuesday's election.
Why it matters: Former President Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris have kept the spotlight on our city, from the presidential debate to canvassing around town — and now a big get-out-the-vote concert will make Philadelphia the center of attention on Election Day eve.
