⛄ Winter is on its way out at Franklin Square. It's your last weekend to enjoy the free Electrical Spectacle Light Show, which runs every half hour between 5-7pm.
🥌 While you're at Franklin Square, you can rent a rink and compete in street curling, or play a round of Chilly Philly mini golf.
- Rink rentals are $40 an hour for up to eight people. Mini golf tickets are $15 for adults and $12 for children.
❄️ Dilworth Park is a snowball's throw away. Sunday is your absolute last chance to skate outside City Hall. Tickets: $19 adults and $16 children (includes skate rental).
- You can also grab a bite to eat, chill inside the pop-up cabin or meander around the Wintergarden, a festive and whimsical experience with holiday lights, reindeer topiaries and more. Runs through March 17.
🎭 It's Fashion Week. Thousands of fashionistas are expected to flock to the four-day event that runs through Sunday, featuring runway shows, pop-up shows and business workshops. Pay as you go.
🪨 Does a heavy metal drag show sound like music to your ears? If so, check out Thursday's event starting at 8pm at the Tattooed Mom on South Street. Cocktails and food options (vegan and non-vegan) available.
- Seating is first come, first serve, with suggested donations of $15 for general admission and $25 for VIP.
🪴 Got a green thumb? Plant yourself at the Philly Home and Garden Show, which runs Friday-Sunday at Greater Philadelphia Expo in Oaks. Hundreds of exhibitors, home-design and gardening experts right at your fingertips, plus games, food and Make It, Take It Workshops.
- Tickets: $12 for adults and children 13+ per day ($10 online if you order by Thursday).
⛳ News alert: Puttshack opens Saturday at the Shops at Liberty Place. The sprawling 26,000-square-foot entertainment hub includes four 9-hole mini-courses, TVs and a full bar. Do away with pencils and scorecards. This high-tech wonder keeps track of strokes for you.
⚽ The Philadelphia Union's 2024 home opener is Saturday at 7:30pm against the Chicago Fire. Tickets: $39+.
🎙️ Hey, Swifties, it's time to par-Tay. DJs will spin her records alongside Taylor Swift drag impersonator Jenny Henny at Shake it Off: Taylor Night on Saturday. This 21+ event starts at 9pm at the Underground Arts. Tickets: $15.
🎳 Bowl a 300, or more likely toss a bunch of gutter balls, at North Bowl's Winterfest in Northern Liberties. Enjoy drinks, snacks and live music. Sunday, 1-5pm. Tickets: $25 adults; $10 children.
🏀 The home team needs you even more without The Process. So go heckle Damian Lillard and Giannis Antetokounmpo as the 76ers take on the Milwaukee Bucks on Sunday at 1pm. Tickets: $49+.
