🗳️ Democratic State Rep. Kevin Boyle filed for re-election for his 172nd District seat, which includes parts of Northeast Philly, days after he was caught on video berating people inside a suburban bar. He'll face Sean Dougherty, a public defender, in the April Democratic primary.
