Anthropologie is coming to the Walmart campus

The final leases for retail and dining spots at the new Walmart headquarters in Bentonville are signed — and they include Anthropologie, Starbucks and Chipotle, the company announced Wednesday.

Why it matters: The 350-acre state-of-the-art headquarters that includes outdoor spaces, a hotel, fitness center and child care center will not only be a hub for the region's largest employer and world's largest retailer, but is also bringing about two dozen spaces for other businesses.

Some are familiar local places like Wright's Barbecue, Flyway Brewing and a new installation from the Table Mesa Restaurant Group, Table Au Centre.
This will be the second Arkansas location for home decor and women's clothing retailer Anthropologie. The existing one is in Little Rock.

State of play: Walmart is putting the finishing touches on a couple of office buildings and is on track to have all approximately 15,000 employees working on the new campus by the end of January, spokesperson Amanda Cantu told Axios.

Some restaurants and retailers are open, and all will be open in 2026, she said.
