Monday Munchies: A panini food truck

What to try: The Godfather ($12) with salami, pepperoni, ham, roast beef, spring mix, Greek Dijon mustard and caramelized onion is a win for meat lovers. I, a cheese fiend, did not feel like I was missing anything because the flavors and textures were enough.

• The Maquiavelo ($11.59) with al pastor (told you there were Mexican twists), pineapple, cilantro, pickled onion, cheese and green sauce is also satisfying.

By the numbers: These $12 sandwiches are stuffed and come with chips, making them pretty economical. Depending on how hungry you are, you could share one or make two meals out of it.
