Nobu, a high-end sushi restaurant loved by celebrities and socialites, is now open in New Orleans.
Why it matters: It's one of at least 10 new restaurants that have been announced or opened recently.
The big picture: Nobu is inside Caesars, which has been rebranded from Harrah's.
