The riverfront neighborhood surrounding the new Titans stadium will be called Eastpoint, master developer the Fallon Company announced yesterday.
The neighborhood will replace the current Titans stadium, parking lots and open land with residential buildings, including affordable housing, retail space, a hotel and greens pace for the public.
