Inside The Everett, downtown Nashville's new luxury apartment tower

Developers released new renderings Wednesday for The Everett, a luxury apartment tower that will anchor the downtown Nashville Yards complex.

Driving the news: The Everett will offer 361 one- and two-bedroom apartments, with residents expected to move in starting in December.

Developer Southwest Value Partners also announced it hired the firm Sentral to manage the Everett. A spokesperson for the project said more details about initial pricing for the apartments will be released soon.

What's inside: The tower includes luxury amenities such as a resort-style pool, spa, a bar, coworking space, a pet wash and dog park.

There's also a game room with billiards, shuffleboard, table tennis and arcade.

Zoom out: Nashville Yards is an ambitious mixed-use development, which includes a 591-room Grand Hyatt hotel, a 4,500-capacity concert hall run by AEG, restaurants, retail and a creative office building anchored by Amazon.

The project will also be the future headquarters of Pinnacle Financial Partners, the Bass, Berry & Sims law firm.
