The Tree of Ténéré in Deep Ellum stays green all year.

The big picture: The 22,046-pound permanent art installation was originally at Burning Man in 2017.

• It was installed in Dallas in 2021.

Fun fact: The tree has 75,600 LED lights illuminating it at night.

• There are 12,600 leaves, 840 twigs and 120 branches creating the piece.
