A blue house just off the Denton square has one of the most extensive cocktail lists in the region.
What to expect: Miss Angeline's, named for an 1800s saloon, has more than a dozen ready-made cocktails on tap. The bar has a long list of mocktails and classic cocktails.
Plus, there's plenty of draft, canned and bottled beer. Oh, and there's wine.
Vibe check: There's just as much space outside as there is inside. A bar service window opens up to the wooden patio at the front of the house.
Inside, there are plush velvet couches and chairs for lounging. Bargoers can select one of the many board games stocked on a bookshelf when the conversation starts to wane.
What to order: The Looking Glass — brandy, mezcal, agave and chocolate bitters.
