Elmo and his friends got a "big Texas welcome" in Dallas last week.
Driving the news: The visit was part of Sesame Street's road trip across America, where families can experience activities inspired by the show's characters.
Zoom in: Grover, Elmo and Cookie Monster fanboyed over Big Tex, posed for pics under his giant frame and sampled fair food.
- Bert was also spotted wearing a cowboy hat, posing with fair tickets — because every group of fairgoers needs someone to lead the pack.
- The characters also visited the Giant Eyeball, Dallas Arboretum and Billy Bob's in Fort Worth. Of course, they took a line dancing lesson.
