TCU, UNT to square off

The Mean Green and Horned Frogs will meet on the (men's) basketball court for the first time since 2004.

Driving the news: The TCU and UNT men's basketball teams will play each other in the 2025 USLMB Coast to Coast Challenge Men's Double Header.

• They face off Dec. 7 at Dickies Arena before Texas Tech plays LSU.

Flashback: TCU won 88-78 in their last meeting on Dec. 4, 2004.

• The teams are tied in their 22 games since 1973.

The intrigue: December will be their 75th matchup.

What's next: General ticket sales start Thursday.
