This Far North Dallas coffee shop was inspired by owner Jonathan Ghebreamlak's trip to Eritrea with his father.
The intrigue: The father introduced his son to his favorite coffee shop there — also named Tre Stelle, which means "three stars" in Italian — and the Dallas business was born.
The cafe roasts beans from Africa and South America to use in its brews, and also sells its beans.
What to order: Iced dirty horchata with a gluten-free brownie on the side.
