Dallas-Fort Worth has plenty of Tex-Mex restaurants, but this is one of the few that offer an upscale experience and excellent cocktails at reasonable prices.
Driving the news: Doce Mesas opened its third Dallas location in the fall in Uptown.
It's the only location open for breakfast.
What to order: Gulf shrimp tacos — grilled shrimp, poblano pepper, white cheddar and avocado. Served with rice and slaw.
