We asked if you knew the location of this statue of this man with a glass-encassed heart.
The answer: The full-hearted man is on Hi Line Drive in the Design District.
We got a surprising number of correct answers! Bryan W. was the first with the right answer and will get some awesome Axios Dallas swag.
The intrigue: ArtistAndrew Myers was commissioned in 2015 to craft the 20-foot sculpture, titled "In Case of Emergency."
Myers was inspired to create the sculpture after seeing a "break glass in case of emergency" warning on a fire extinguisher box. The man in the sculpture holds a hammer, with his sleeve rolled up, to convey that he can free his heart at any time.
💞 Swoon: "The heart is the human fire extinguisher, a tool we can use to put out emotional fires we create," Myers' art studio writes.
