Uniqlo's expansion to North Texas will continue on Friday, when the popular Japanese clothing brand opens locations at Parks Mall in Arlington and Stonebriar Centre in Frisco.
Driving the news: Uniqlo opened at Galleria Dallas last Friday, with a long line that looked like the wait for a roller coaster ride.
The intrigue: Uniqlo at Galleria Dallas has a collection featuring local talent. It includes designs by Dear Giana, a 15-year-old Filipina Mexican artist based in the Dallas area.
"Me and my family have been such huge Uniqlo fans since I was a little girl and I never would have thought I would design for such an iconic and innovative brand and be able to see my own work in their stores," Dear Giana wrote on Instagram.
