Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott is about as recognizable as we predicted. At least, according to the responses of our very official, scientific poll.
Why it matters: Prescott is the highest-paid player in NFL history — for now. And he is branching into more public appearances, including his acting stint in the trailer for the new "Venom" movie.
But that doesn't mean the Average American™️ would recognize him in jeans and T-shirt walking down the street.
What we learned: 70 Axios Dallas readers took the time to vote, and only about a quarter thought a majority of people would easily recognize the Cowboys QB.
The responses were nearly evenly split between whether half of people would recognize him or "two out of 10 randos would recognize him."
A whopping nine of you chose "I don't even know this man."
