Hezly Rivera, who was the youngest member of the U.S. Olympic delegation, won another gold medal this week for throwing out the most impressive pitch.
Driving the news: The Plano gymnast threw out the ceremonial first pitch before Wednesday's game between the Texas Rangers and the New York Yankees.
She must've brought the flailing World Series champs luck, because they beat the Yanks.
What they're saying: The New Jersey native wasn't a Rangers fan before moving to Texas to train.
"I love Texas and the support that it's given me... It has been great, so I will continue to support Texas and the Texas Rangers," she said, per the DMN.
