One pizza challenge to go

Challenge your friends with the highest spice tolerance to a game of roulette and see how they fare.

Why it matters: Zalat's "Reaper Roulette" is a good way to punish your loved ones.

• They're also one of few pizza chains that offer beef pepperoni.

How it works: The "Reaper Roulette" can be added to any pizza for $2.50.

• They'll add drops of reaper sauce to one surprise slice.
• Take turns eating slices until someone ends up with the spiciest one.

State of spice: The sauce is about 500,000 Scoville Heat Units, per Zalat. A jalapeño can range from 2,000 to 8,000 SHU.

Plus: You can get the sauce added to more than one slice.
