Falcons try to continue division dominance against flailing Saints

The other side: New Orleans has lost seven straight games, fired its head coach this week and is tied for last place in the division.

Between the lines: If Atlanta is serious about being a playoff team and taking the division crown, this is a game they have to dominate and put away early.

• The Falcons' first win over the Saints came in Week 4 after Younghoe Koo drilled a 58-yard, game-winning field goal.
• That is a position Atlanta has to avoid — especially in the Caesars Superdome, where the team hasn't won since 2021.

What we're watching: Defensive lineman Grady Jarrett and receiver Drake London each exited last Sunday's game with injuries. Jarrett said he expects to play.

• The Falcons will also be getting starting linebacker Troy Andersen back.

UGA, which ranked No. 3 in the first College Football Playoff poll, is on the road against No. 16 Ole Miss. Georgia is 2-1 in true road games this season, with its lone loss coming against Alabama.
