Not every downtown can be like St. Pete or Tampa, but Tampa Bay's suburban main streets still offer history, innovation and a dash of whimsy.
- Which one deserves the title of best in the region? Let's decide together with a Sweet 16-style bracket.
Caveat: We excluded the three biggest urban centers, Tampa, St. Pete and Clearwater.
- We included bedroom communities and lively main drags primarily in or just outside Pinellas and Hillsborough counties but ventured out a bit to more rural areas, too.
