When asked for feedback on downtown Tampa's greatest assets, more than half of residents identified the Riverwalk, according to a survey from the Tampa Downtown Partnership.
What's happening: "Walking used to be a liability for downtown Tampa," said Robert Allen of HCP Associates in Channelside. "Now it’s a strength."
