Con Huevos Tacos, a beloved San Antonio taco spot, is gearing up for its moment in the spotlight on the Food Network's "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives," hosted by Guy Fieri.

Catch up quick: The Mayor of Flavortown has been a frequent traveler to San Antonio, featuring restaurants like Luna Rosa, Dignowity Meats, Ma Harper's Creole Kitchen and more over the course of more than 40 seasons.

Ro-Ho Pork & Bread was featured last week.
Filming at Con Huevos took place around this time last year, according to an Instagram post from the restaurant.

Worthy of your time: Con Huevos' The Carmen — a taco with scrambled eggs, potatoes and cheddar garnished with avocado, cilantro and salsa — was named one of Texas Monthly's "50 Best Tacos in Texas" in October.
