Texas' Spotify Wrapped: Drake tops streaming charts in San Antonio

Spotify Wrapped Wednesday is here, and we have the rundown on San Antonio's streaming activity.

Context: Spotify Wrapped is an annual marketing campaign that allows users to get into the data of their listening — revealing their top artists, songs, podcasts and minutes spent listening to it all.

Drake was the most streamed artist on Spotify this year in San Antonio.

Taylor Swift, Bad Bunny, Peso Pluma and The Weeknd rounded out the 210's top five artists.

Here's what San Antonians listened to the most this year, per Spotify:

Between the lines: Peso Pluma had a big year nationally, but locals might have a special connection to the star considering he spent a few of his teen years in San Antonio.

He attended Corbett Junior High School and Clemens High School.

What's next: Drake and J. Cole are teaming up for the "It's All a Blur Tour — Big As the What?" which will have two stops in San Antonio on Jan. 22 and Jan. 23.
