Iron Blossom 2026 tickets to go on sale with no lineup

The big picture: Iron Blossom returns to Midtown Green Sept. 19-20, but has been silent about this year's artists longer than usual.

• Last year's lineup was revealed in January.
• In 2023 and 2024, it was announced in early May and late April, respectively, alongside the presale tickets.

What they're saying: Not much. Organizers didn't respond to Axios' requests for comment, but told RVA Mag earlier this month that the lineup delay is due to "a lot of moving parts."

Yes, but: Iron Blossom teased the presale on Facebook with an LCD Soundsystem song, fueling speculation that the rock band — which announced a Richmond tour stop on Sept. 19 — could headline.

• And Jack White, a bluesy-rock artist, coincidentally has a Richmond festival show on Sept. 20.

The intrigue: They might have millions of monthly Spotify listeners, but the festival has yet to match its first-year star power, when Noah Kahan and Hozier headlined — though it came close last year with The Lumineers.

By the numbers: 2026 ticket prices, posted on Iron Blossom's site Wednesday, start at $216.56 for a 2-day general admission pass (fees included).

• That's at least $20 cheaper than last year's presale price.
