• Searches don't necessarily translate to bookings, but interest in a Fort Lauderdale vacation increased 16% this year compared to 2025.
• Tickets to all three cities are also cheaper than Kayak's estimates of the average ticket price from Richmond to anywhere this year: $553.

Fun fact: Richmonders can often find flights to these destinations for under $130, per a Google Flights search and experience.

Between the lines: Since Richmond's airport doesn't have many international flights (yet), Kayak's data doesn't include the international destinations locals are looking up.
