Vogue names Lewis Ginter one of the best U.S. botanical gardens

• New York Botanical Garden took the No. 1 spot with 334K, reports Axios' Maxwell Millington, but it's also in a city with over 8 million residents.

Plus: Vogue also thinks we're cool.

• Last month, it ranked Lewis Ginter, which is just off Lakeside Avenue, one of the best botanical gardens in the U.S.
• The magazine cited its themed gardens, over 1,300 rose bushes and the famous 11,000-square-foot domed conservatory.

If you go: Lewis Ginter is open daily from 9am to 5pm. $20 for non-members.

• It's also peak bloom season and their "Groovin' in the Garden" concert series starts soon with a lineup that includes Iron & Wine and Fitz and the Tantrums.
