Richmond gets another Venezuelan restaurant. This one has cachitos

Sabrina here. I'm forever stumbling upon new Venezuelan restaurants in the Richmond area, which is hype considering we used to basically have maybe two. 

The latest: Coco Cafe and Bistro, which opened a few months ago on West Broad Street near North Parham Road in Henrico, is now one of at least seven.

Why it matters: Unlike most Venezuelan places in the area, this one has cachitos — a popular dish that's like a closed bread roll stuffed with ham and cheese.

If you go: Try to snag one of those (beware: they sell out quickly), some tequeños (5 for $8), empanadas with cheese and shredded chicken (about $5 each) and an arepa with carne mechada and yellow cheese ($9).
