Miami-based The Salty Donut will open in Cary's Fenton development in late 2025.
What to expect: In addition to doughnuts, expect coffee and other pastries.
- The new 2,572-square-foot spot will be its second North Carolina location following Charlotte.
What's next: The Salty Donut is one of three openings slated for Fenton next year.
- Brewery Bhavana, a local taproom and Chinese dim sum restaurant, will open in spring 2025.
- Doc B's Restaurant is also expected to open this winter.
