From backsplashes to barstools, celebrity interior designer Bobby Berk curated several finish and furniture collections for Waterston Central, a new-build community in Gilbert.

How it works: There are 10 themed packages to choose from, including serene Scandinavian, transitional farmhouse and organic modern — all curated by Berk.
- Everything — from lighting to countertops to wall colors — is included in your finish package, and you can add furniture, home accessories and artwork curated specifically for that collection, too.
