The theme of the 2027 Philadelphia Flower Show is "ICONIC," organizers revealed yesterday.

Why it matters: The festival is when the world's most influential flower powerbrokers come to Philly to celebrate all that blooms and blossoms.

Driving the news: This year's show, set for March 12-21, will explore gardening's enduring cultural influence on everything from art to food to film to architecture.

👀 1 new thing: Five of the state's top-tier gardens will each create a garden exhibit. The Pennsylvania Public Gardens Showcase will feature:

Longwood Gardens from Kennett Square
Chanticleer Garden from Wayne
Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens, and Pittsburgh Botanic Garden from Pittsburgh
The Arboretum at Penn State from University Park

🎟️ Tickets and passes: $20-$105
