🗓️ It's the final weekend of September, so make it a good one!
🎭 Last call! The Fringe Festival wraps up this Sunday but there are plenty of shows, workshops, and events to choose from. Pay as you go.
⚾ Watch the Phillies wrap up their 2026 campaign on Sunday at a 3:05pm home game in South Philly against the Tampa Bay Rays. It's also Fan Appreciation Day.
- Tickets: $53+
🍽️ Get out of the city this weekend — but not too far. Conshohocken's Restaurant Week runs through Sunday at 16 participating restaurants. Look for prix-fixe menus.
🎻 Tonight kicks off Philly's orchestra season! Opening night (tickets: $103+) at Marian Anderson Hall will feature performances of Beethoven's Ninth and "Ode to Joy."
- There are also Friday–Sunday concerts where you can hear selections from Johannes Brahms and Leonard Bernstein. Tickets: $29+
⛴️ The Delaware River Festival is set for Saturday from 10am–4pm at Penn's Landing in Philly and Wiggins Park in Camden. The jam-packed day includes ferry rides, pedal boats, a bird show, crafts for kids and exhibits.
🤡 This Saturday's Firstival highlights the first Ronald McDonald House. The celebration from 11am–1pm at the West Philly event includes live music, giveaways and family-friendly activities.
🎨 Head to the Germantown Arts Festival on Saturday for live art, two stages of live music, vendors and crafting zones.
- The event is from 11am–6pm on Germantown Avenue between Coulter and Armat Streets.
🎉 The Ben Parkway will be the site of the Ratha Yatra Parade & Street Festival on Saturday from noon–7pm. The Hindu festival is going to be a blowout, with singers, bazaar, eats, hand painting, seminars, speakers and a kids area.
- FYI: The parade starts at 16th Street and the Parkway, while the festival will set up in front of the art museum at Eakins Oval.
🍁 South Street's Fall Fest is on Saturday from noon–7pm with eight blocks' worth of fun. Block themes between Front and Eighth Street include a Renaissance Faire, Oktoberfest and macabre masquerade.
- Plus: Look for the kids play area with bounce house.
🏮 Chinatown is throwing its Mid-Autumn Festival on Saturday from noon until past 7pm.
- The family-friendly street fest includes a lantern parade, lion dances, martial arts displays, eats, opera, carnival games and the ever-popular mooncake eating contest.
🇳🇬 Nigerian Independence Day comes to West Philly's Container Village on Saturday. The Omo Naija Festival will have music, eats, art and good vibes. From noon–8pm.
