Philly pride takes over the PGA Championship merch shop

I was browsing the PGA Shop at Aronimink Golf Club on Monday and discovered a good many Philadelphia-themed merch on its shelves.
Why it matters: Local and national brands alike are cashing in on Philly symbols and sayings — from cheesesteaks to "wooder" — at the tourney.
Context: The PGA Shop is a massive, football-field-sized pop-up tent that's packed with golf apparel from dozens of top-name brands, including Nike, Adidas, Lululemon, Peter Millar and Ralph Lauren.
- Located steps away from the main entrance near the Fan Zone, the shop has dozens of TVs, so you can watch the tourney while you shop.
- You need to enter the club grounds to access the shop, so a ticket is required.
Zoom in: Underdog Apparel, founded by former Eagles Jason Kelce, had a small section inside the shop.
- That included T-shirts and sweatshirts with the phrase "Grease the Greens" on them, and an image of an eagle scaling a greased-up flagstick.
Plus: T-shirts and puzzles featuring the artwork of local artist Lee Wybranski.
- And a Nike shirt sported the saying "Stay Outta the Wooder."
- Golfers can also deck out their clubs with Philly-inspired head covers, featuring the Liberty Bell, Rocky statue, the Pennsylvania Turnpike, and Ben Franklin.

- Tuesday-Wednesday: 8am-6:30pm
- Thursday-Friday: 6:15am-8pm
- Saturday-Sunday: 7:15am-8pm
