π Check out these neighborhood festivals around the city on Saturday, which all feature family friendly activities, music, vendors and food trucks:
- Roxborough: The Spring Fest takes over Ridge Avenue between Green Lane to Fountain Street from 11am-4pm
- Northern Liberties: Spring Fest runs from 11am-5pm from around N 3rd and Poplar Streets
- West Philly: May Fair sets up in Clark Park from noon-6pm
π The Nanny Goat Festival will feature Irish and folk bands on Saturday from 2-8pm on American Street in Olde Kensington.
- You can also bring your own instrument and take part in an acoustic jam session with a group of seasoned players.
ποΈ A craft bazaar sets up at Cherry Street Pier on Saturday and Sunday from 11am-5pm. This free event will have more than 80 craft vendors, bar, as well as food from Philly Taco, Irv's Ice Cream and Tokio Sushi Truck.
πΆπΎββοΈ Eight blocks around Rittenhouse Square are off-limits to cars this Sunday from 10am-5pm. The Open Streets program will feature a dance party, business discounts, pop-up performances, musicians and bubbles.
