The cheesiest bracket in Philly is officially on

Driving the news: The beer hall is pitting its top mac-and-cheese dishes against each other in a single-elimination bracket, starting Thursday with Crab & Old Bay vs. truffle and wild mushroom.

Other first-round matchups:

• Friday: French onion vs. chipotle brisket
• Saturday: BBQ pork shoulder vs. jerk chicken
• Sunday: Al pastor pork vs. broccoli cheddar
