Sweat & Sculpt to bring massive women's workout to Philly region

Sweat & Sculpt is hosting its biggest pop-up workout to date at the Philadelphia Union's sprawling workout facility.

Why it matters: It's validation for the up-and-coming women's-focused fitness outfit, which has grown from humble roots inside a small Jersey Shore studio.

Why it matters: Hundreds of women across the region are expected to show up for the May 3 event in Chester.

How it works: The 18+ experience includes a 50-minute pilates workout, workout swag and access to cold-plunge, nutrition, acupuncture and vitamin injection activations.

What they're saying: Sweat & Sculpt founder and fitness influencer Jacklyn Romano said in a statement she hopes her event gives attendees a space where they can "show up as themselves and leave feeling stronger."
