The Free Library is kicking off its series of Black History Month fireside chats.
Why it matters: Philadelphians will get to hear renowned authors, historians and scholars discuss everything from civil rights to social change.
The latest: The series starts tonight with historian and civil rights educator Matthew Delmont.
His book, "Until the Last Gun is Silent," focuses on the untold stories of Black patriots, including many who fought in the Vietnam War — and others who endured racism back home.
