The next winter storm to hit Philly this weekend

• The storm is on track to arrive Saturday night and extend into Sunday.
• It's expected to mostly affect the Jersey Shore and not directly hit Philly.

Zoom in: Expect winds to clock in at 20-30 miles per hour, potentially causing localized power outages in Philly.

• Plus: The wind chills will make it feel dangerously cold: Around -10 on Saturday night, and roughly 10 on Sunday.

Threat level: Snow is possible.

• The probability of more than 4 inches of snow for Philly is less than 20% as of Thursday.

What we're watching: If this storm shifts, then Philly could see stronger winds and snow accumulation, Silva says.

Relief on the way: Temps are forecast to move into the 30s next week.
