We thought Philly loved it some Philly — but a recent Gensler survey is a vibe check.
Why it matters: "Satisfaction" is broad, but gauges how locals are feeling about job opportunities, housing costs, safety and other key urban issues, Axios' Alex Fitzpatrick reports.
The big picture: Philadelphia is lumped in there with folks from Baltimore (50%) and Portland, Oregon (60%) as having relatively low city satisfaction rates.
Reality check: There's a thin line between a cheesesteak and a hoagie — and you can easily find yourself on the outs in the city that loves to hate.
