Brown's departure comes after Brown reported a high-ranking city official for allegedly sending an inappropriate photo, the city's former DEI officer Brandee Anderson told the Inquirer.
Anderson also says she was "unjustly" fired. A mayor's spokesperson disputed Anderson's claims.
