Philly has spoken: Call our WNBA team the Freedom

Driving the news: Nearly half of the 286 readers who took our poll think the team should be called the Philadelphia Freedom.

Flashback: We mercilessly dunked on the people pushing for the Philly Broads.

Yes, but: Team Broads has a high-profile supporter: Kylie Kelce, who BTW says she wouldn't mind owning a stake in the team.

What they're saying: The Flyers teams of the 1970s were nicknamed the Broad Street Bullies, Kelce told the Inquirer.

• And they were "badass," she says. "So to me, being from here, Broad sounds like powerful. I like it."
