You can't ball like Joel Embiid, but if you want to live like the Sixers' superstar, all you have to do is pony up $5.5 million.

Driving the news: Embiid put up his two-floor Center City penthouse for sale, per Realtor.com.

Details: The posh two-bedroom, three-bath condo, located at 101 Walnut Street in Society Hill, is more than 3,500 square feet.

  • The home includes a private rooftop area with a pool, hot tub and outdoor kitchen where you can take in stunning views of the Philly skyline and Delaware River.

By the numbers: Embiid shelled out $3.2 million when he purchased the home in 2018. Talk about a slam dunk in equity.

  • The estimated monthly payment is nearly $39,000.

The bottom line: Sixers' fans shouldn't fret about Embiid's commitment to staying with Philly now that he has put his home on the market.

💭 Isaac's thought bubble: I'm headed to my local Wells Fargo Center to ask for the loan. They'll deny my request until they hear this brilliant plan.

  • I'll schedule a tour of the home, find a basketball that Embiid palmed and left behind and use that to steal his talent. Oh, wait, that's the plot of "Space Jam." Dang it.
