Early voting for the midterm elections starts Monday. Here are some reminders as you prepare to cast your ballot.
🇺🇸 Election Day, the last day to vote, is Nov. 3.
🗳️ You can verify you're registered to vote and see your ballot ahead of time on the Arkansas Secretary of State's Office website. You'll also find your polling places and their hours.
🪪 A photo ID issued by the state or federal government is required to vote. You can get a free voter verification card through the Secretary of State's office or your county clerk if you do not have another ID, according to the ACLU.
- If you show up to vote without an ID, you can still cast a provisional ballot, which must be certified to count. You'll have to return with your ID to your county's board of election commissioners or county clerk by noon the Monday after the election for it to be certified.

⚖️ People convicted of felonies in Arkansas can vote if they are not incarcerated or on probation or parole and don't owe any fines. People convicted of misdemeanors can vote.
🤒 You can vote absentee if you are unable to make it to a polling site for reasons such as illness or if you are away because of active duty military service. Request an absentee ballot and see deadlines.
📞 If your voting eligibility is questioned at the polls, you should call voter protection hotlines, according to the ACLU.
