Heads up, Fayetteville — University of Arkansas commencement this weekend will mean heavier traffic tomorrow and Saturday.
And it will be next to impossible to eat brunch out on Sunday with all those extra people in town on Mother's Day.
The big picture: UA expects to celebrate more than 6,500 graduates during a full slate of spring commencement ceremonies at Bud Walton and Barnhill arenas.
U.S. Rep. Steve Womack is scheduled to speak at the commencement ceremony tomorrow at 8:30am in Bud Walton Arena.
What to know: Doors open 45 minutes before each ceremony, and the university is urging guests to arrive early. Free parking will be available in unrestricted campus lots.
