Your weekend plans: MLK Day, Comic Con

Monday is Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, and the Northwest Arkansas MLK Council has plans to honor the civil rights activist this weekend.

🎵 Beloved Community Festival — This free festival includes gallery talks, kids' activities and music from 6-10pm tonight at Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art in Bentonville.

🎤 MLK Vigil — Minniejean Brown-Trickey, a member of the Little Rock Nine, will speak at a vigil at 11:30am Monday at Faulkner Performing Arts Center on the University of Arkansas campus.

🦸 Northwest Arkansas Comic Con — This event's lineup includes panels, cosplay and special guests. 10am-6pm Saturday and 11am-5pm Sunday at the Rogers Convention Center. Get tickets for $30-$50.
