The median home price in NWA was $375,000 in October, per data from Redfin. That's down from a high of $395,000 in June.
🖼️ The big picture: The average selling price for a single-family home in Benton County during the first half of 2025 was $471,427, up 8.8% from a year earlier, according to the most recent Arvest Skyline Report.
- It was $417,489 in Washington County, up 7.2% from a year earlier.
🍎 Of note: Both are good measures, but different comparisons. An average is calculated by adding the totals of all sales and dividing by the number of sales. The median is the middle value of all sales.
