What we're sipping: A smoothie that hits like dessert

I dropped by SnackLab in Bentonville for the first time and apparently have been missing out.

🥗 The vibe: It's a fast-casual café where you can pick up a full meal from the grab-and-go section or stick around and have a salad or other bowl for lunch. It's a healthier alternative to many quick lunches — one where you can get your veggies.

👀 Looking at you, $15 salmon risotto.

🥜 What to try: I was just there for a smoothie. The Peanut Butter Cup ($8) with peanut butter, almond milk, banana, chia seed, cacao, spinach, vanilla and maple syrup is a filling mid-morning boost, especially if you add some whey protein like I did.

It tastes like a treat, but there's no added sugar and no sugar crash.

📍 Stop by: 7:30am-6pm Monday through Friday, 9:30am-3pm Saturday and noon to 3pm Sunday at 102 SE 28th St. Suite 2 in Bentonville.
