Monday Munchies: Thai Spice hits Springdale

😋 The vibe: It feels like a good, basic go-to where you can pop in for a reliable lunch or dinner or get takeout.

🍜 What to try: The Mi Heng with your choice of protein. (I tried the pork.) The egg noodle dish comes with broccoli, onion, carrot, bean sprouts, cilantro, peanut, crispy wonton and sauce. It was a little sweet, a little spicy and overall just a really satisfying dinner for $15.

• I cannot go to a Thai restaurant without resorting to old faithful — a staple curry. This time, it was the red curry with chicken ($15.95). They don't skimp on the bamboo or veggies.

📍 Stop by: 11am-3pm and 5-9pm Monday through Thursday; 11am-10pm Friday and Saturday; and 11am-9pm Sunday at 1120 Mathias Drive in Springdale.
