Monday Munchies: Brunch at Junto Sushi

As y'all know, I'm a fan of dinner at Junto Sushi inside the Motto by Hilton hotel in downtown Bentonville. So when a friend alerted me that the restaurant is now serving brunch, I asked what time we'd be meeting there.
🍳 State of play: Similar to dinner at Junto, most plates can be shared, which just makes brunch better because you can try several things. And you'll want to.
🍚 What to try: Props to this place for giving me fried rice for breakfast for the first time. The Junto egg rice ($18) features a mound of fried rice covered in egg with peppers. Upon the server's recommendation, we poured the whole serving of curry all over it.
- That was the right call.
🍞 Zoom out: I recommend ordering the yin and yang of toasts — a mushroom toast ($13) and French toast ($16).
- The former has soy mushrooms and whipped tofu that is a must-try for anyone who loves an umami flavor (raises hand). Also, this is the first time I enjoyed tofu.
- The French toast, of course, is on the sweeter side with fruit, a white chocolate lemongrass cream and cherry shiso sauce.
